Mail-in repairs
- Request a pre-paid label through the Book page or by contacting us.
- Package the device securely — we're not responsible for damage in transit caused by poor packaging.
- We diagnose within 2 business days of receiving it.
- We text you the final quote before starting. You approve; we fix; we ship back.
- Standard return shipping is tracked + insured for the repair value. Expedited shipping is available.
Product shipping (accessories)
- Domestic: standard 2–5 business days, expedited 1–2 available at checkout.
- International: 7–14 business days; customs duties are the buyer's responsibility.
- Tracking emailed on dispatch.
- Lost-in-transit claims require opening within 14 days of expected delivery.
