Repair services
- If our repair doesn't work, we'll either fix it again or refund you — your choice — if you come back within the warranty period.
- We can't refund a repair you declined in writing (e.g., we diagnosed a motherboard issue, you said 'no thanks,' and we didn't proceed).
- Diagnostic fees may apply if we've already opened the device.
Products (accessories, cases, chargers)
- Unopened items in their original packaging: 30-day refund, full amount back.
- Opened but unused: 14-day refund, full amount back.
- Used + returned within 30 days: assessed case by case.
- Gift cards, clearance items, custom-ordered parts: non-refundable.
How to request a refund
- Email isrepairstreatham@gmail.com with your order / ticket number and a sentence on what's wrong.
- Bring the item (if applicable) to the shop with the original receipt.
- We aim to process approved refunds within 5 business days.
How the money comes back
If you paid by card, the refund goes to the same card. If that's not possible, we'll refund as store credit by default — you can ask for cash or a bank transfer instead.
Consumer-protection laws in your country may give you additional rights — this policy doesn't reduce those.
