What we collect
- Contact info you give us: name, phone, email, address.
- Device info when you book a repair: brand, model, IMEI / serial, failure description.
- Payment info processed by our payment provider — we never see or store full card numbers.
- Usage data: pages visited, anonymised traffic sources, and cookies (see the Cookies policy).
- Anything you put into our contact forms or chat.
How we use it
- Deliver the repair or sale you asked for.
- Text or email you status updates about your ticket.
- Prevent fraud and keep our systems secure.
- Comply with our legal obligations (tax, accounting, consumer protection).
- Improve our service — always aggregated, never by reading your personal messages.
Who we share with
We share only with vendors we need to run the service — payment processors, SMS and email providers, analytics — and only what's needed. We don't sell your data. If the law forces us to hand over records (subpoena, court order), we'll tell you unless we're gagged.
How long we keep it
- Ticket + invoice records: 7 years, for tax and warranty.
- Marketing opt-ins: until you unsubscribe.
- Chat + photo submissions: 90 days unless tied to a live ticket.
- Website analytics: 26 months (Google default).
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of your data.
- Correct anything wrong.
- Ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention).
- Opt out of marketing at any time — one tap in any message we send.
- Complain to your data-protection regulator if you're unhappy with our response.
