Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QuantumRepair platform ("Service"), operated by Quantum AI WebApps Digital LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Account

You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind the business you represent. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Subscription and Fees

Access to the Service is licensed on a monthly subscription or lifetime deal ("LTD") basis. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing on 30 days' notice; changes take effect at your next renewal. LTD tiers do not renew but remain subject to fair-use and feature-gating limits published at time of purchase.

Discount and promotional codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, have no cash value, and may be revoked or modified at our discretion.

3. Your Data and Your Customers

You retain ownership of all customer, ticket, inventory, and financial data you enter into the Service ("Your Data"). We act as a data processor on your behalf. See our Data Processing Addendum for details. You are the data controller and are responsible for obtaining lawful consent from your customers (including, where applicable, TCPA/GDPR consent for SMS/email).

4. Payment Processing

The Service allows you to connect your own Stripe account to accept card payments from your customers. All customer-payment funds flow directly between you and Stripe; we do not take custody of those funds and charge no transaction fee. You are responsible for compliance with Stripe's terms and your own tax obligations.

5. Acceptable Use

  • No illegal, infringing, harassing, or deceptive content
  • No reselling, rate-limit evasion, or scraping the platform
  • No attempts to reverse-engineer, decompile, or probe security controls outside authorized bug-bounty channels
  • SMS and email channels must comply with applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, TCPA, GDPR)

6. AI Features

AI-generated diagnoses, messages, and recommendations are provided "as-is" for informational purposes only. You retain final responsibility for all diagnostic decisions and communications sent to customers.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where practical. Our liability for downtime is limited as described in Section 10.

8. Termination

Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time from within the Service; access continues through the end of the billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination you may export Your Data for 30 days, after which we may delete it.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.

AI usage disclosure

QuantumRepair uses third-party large language models (Anthropic Claude, with OpenAI as an optional fallback) for the following features:

  • Diagnostic suggestions on repair tickets
  • Inventory forecasting
  • Customer-facing chat (storefront widget)
  • Inbound message intent classification
  • Damage-photo analysis (vision)
  • Instant-quote price ranges at booking
  • Automated draft replies (always shown to a human before send)

AI outputs are suggestions, not decisions. A human operator reviews and confirms every customer-affecting action (price quotes, refunds, message dispatch). We do not train external models on your shop's data — Anthropic and OpenAI both contractually commit to not training on API inputs. AI surfaces show an AI · Provider badge so the operator knows when an AI suggestion is being shown.

Required by the EU AI Act, Article 52 transparency obligations and the UK ICO's guidance on AI explainability.
