Acceptable Use Policy

QuantumRepair exists to help repair shops run better. To keep it that way for everyone, here’s what’s not allowed on our platform. If you violate this, we may suspend or terminate your account — usually after a warning, immediately if the violation is severe.

Don’t do these things

  • Spam. No purchased lists, no unsolicited marketing to people who never did business with your shop. Every campaign must have a legitimate basis + one-tap unsubscribe.
  • Fraud. No running stolen-goods laundering operations. No fabricating repair tickets to route money.
  • Illegal goods. No selling counterfeit parts, IMEI-unlock tools for stolen devices, or anything that violates your jurisdiction’s trade laws.
  • Malicious content. No malware, phishing pages, or credential-stealing forms hosted on your storefront.
  • Harassment. Abuse of customers, employees, or QuantumRepair staff via our platform.
  • Reverse-engineering protection. No attempts to bypass rate limits, authentication, tenant isolation, or billing.
  • Automated abuse. No scraping, stress-testing, or burst-sending SMS to numbers that didn’t opt in.
  • Resale without a partner plan. The standard plans are for your own shop. If you’re reselling the platform to others, talk to us about the white-label partner tier.

What happens if you do

  1. Warning + 24 hours to fix. Most first-time issues are unintentional. We email the shop owner with details + a link to the specific setting.
  2. Feature suspension. We may disable campaigns, SMS, or public endpoints while you remediate.
  3. Full suspension. For severe or repeated violations. We preserve your data for 30 days so you can export it before deletion.
  4. Law-enforcement reporting. For illegal activity, we’ll report as legally required.

Appeals

If you think we’ve got it wrong, email legal@quantumrepair.app. We read every appeal; a different engineer than the one who flagged the issue reviews it. Typical turnaround: one business day.
