Do I need to book in advance?
No — walk-ins are welcome. We do hold the queue down by booking online, so if you want a guaranteed slot use the Book Repair button above.
How long does an iPhone screen take?
45 minutes for most models. Pro and Pro Max can take 60–75 minutes due to the True Tone calibration step.
Do you use genuine Apple parts?
We use genuine Apple parts on every iPhone 12 series and newer when in stock. We also offer high-grade OEM-spec aftermarket parts at a lower price — your choice.
What's your warranty?
90 days on every repair, parts and labour. If the part fails or comes loose within 90 days, we fix it free — no questions asked.
Do you take Apple Pay / contactless?
Yes — card, contactless, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash all accepted. Bank transfer also available.
Can you unlock my phone?
Yes, we offer network unlocking for most major UK carriers. Most unlocks complete within 24 hours.
